INSURANCE INFORMATION

If you feel you are experiencing an emergency and seek treatment at any emergency department, including Post Falls ER & Hospital, your insurance company is required by federal law to pay for your care at in-network rates, even if the facility you visit is labeled out-of-network. At this time we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or TriCare insurance.

Post Falls ER & Hospital honors all in-network benefits for emergency services according to the Federal No Surprise Act. We ONLY charge the normal co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible required by the insurance policy. An explanation of benefits (EOB), or an email from your insurance carrier, is NOT A BILL. Depending on your health insurance carrier you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. This is processed by your health insurance carrier for services rendered.
