We understand that life is busy, so we aim to make you and your family’s outpatient testing process as simple as possible. There’s no being told you can’t be seen for weeks or arriving and being told you have to wait a long time to be seen. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide our patients with accurate imaging with fast test results for a quicker diagnosis.

How Outpatient Services Work at Post Falls ER & Hospital

Have your physician fill out the order form and fax it to our facility. If there are any questions upon receipt or review of the order, our patient services manager will immediately reach out to the physician’s office. Our team will contact the insurance company and begin the pre-authorization process. Once pre-authorization is confirmed, we will immediately reach out to you and inform you of the approval. It is important to note that we offer same-day pre-authorization before testing.

Insurance and Outpatient Services 

Unfortunately, some insurance companies deny the approval of any testing that is deemed non-emergent. We offer cash pay rates, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs and eliminate the need to wait for insurance approvals.
