POST FALLS, Idaho (Oct. 28, 2024) – Post Falls ER & Hospital celebrated the significant milestone of being the first Nutex Health micro-hospital in Idaho with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, at 497 S. Beck Road, Post Falls, ID.
The ribbon-cutting celebration hosted many in the community, including staff, community members, and community officials, who came together to celebrate the advancement in medical care for the community.
“When we started this project two years ago, our goal was to bring increased access to healthcare to the community. The attendance and support from so many community members, friends, and colleagues made us feel like that dream is coming true,” said McLane Simpson, MD, Chief Medical Officer at Post Falls ER & Hospital.
The local 25,000-square-foot hospital brings the community the first-of-its-kind emergency room with an onsite laboratory, complete with high-tech capabilities.
