Amazing!  No waiting to register.  RN had me in in under 10 minutes.  Seen by the physician before I could finish the intake paperwork (which was minimal).  Pleasant staff, competent care. Contrast this with ANY ER in Spokane where the wait times are at minimum 6 hours to be seen by a mid-level provider. So professional (!),  welcoming, prompt, clean, thorough ~ everything you want in an ER experience!  McLane Simpson, MD and nurse Bridget were both great and highly skilled with assessments and advice!  Absolutely none of the issues, waits or yuck of other ERs! I became sick on vacation and visited PF ER.  Everyone was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked in the door.  The ER doc and nurse were very attentive and helpful.  I have told all of my family that live in the area, if they need their services, I highly recommend this ER!

I had such a positive experience at this ER. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion. Everyone was professional, attentive, and made me feel cared for during a stressful time. Dr. Topp was my physician, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He treated me like a person, not just another patient. He was kind, listened to my concerns, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel heard and respected. That level of compassion makes such a difference when you’re in the emergency room. This was honestly the best ER experience I’ve ever had.
